Andrew Dolan has worked on a wide range of projects for both new construction and renovation projects. His recent work includes the ground-up, mixed-use development “Tangram” in Flushing, Queens, medical facilities at Staten Island University Hospital, major renovation of 560 Broadway and academic projects, such as Quinnipiac University’s York Hill Campus and St. Anthony’s High School. He is a registered Professional Engineer in New York, a registered Professional Civil Engineer in Alaska, and a registered Professional Structural Engineer in California. Mr. Dolan is a member of the CASE Structural Engineering Guidelines Committee and holds a MS in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech and a BS in Civil Engineering from Manhattan College.
Prior to joining GMS, Mr. Dolan served as the lead structural engineer for a waste-to-energy facility in Ontario, Canada and for Topping Rose House in Bridgehampton, NY.
