This new 28,000 square foot, three story building with full cellar houses an ambulatory primary care clinic, a methadone maintenance program, continuing care and therapy treatment program as well as administrative spaces.
GMS provided the structural design for the pile-supported foundation system and structural steel superstructure with a moment frame lateral resisting system. The design included supplemental structural steel back-up framing to support the exterior wall system.
