GMS provided structural engineering services for the renovation of this 970,000 sf, 27-story office building. The structural scope included a full MEP infrastructure upgrade, a new main lobby, the conversion of the 14th floor MER to tenant space, and the extension of the retail footprint including storefront supports and canopies on all sides of the building. The main design feature of the project was the design of a new two-story penthouse on top of the building with a surrounding rooftop terrace.
