Tangram – Two Fulton Square
This 1,403,500 square foot mixed-use development located at Prince Street and 39th Avenue in Flushing, New York, one block north of the One Fulton Square, will include four 15- or 16-story towers above a two level retail podium and three levels of below-grade parking. The towers will be occupied by residences, offices and a hotel. GMS is providing full structural engineering design and construction administration services.
