GMS provided structural engineering services for the creation of a new Bryant Park area restaurant in the iconic Grace Building. The 14,000 sf space at the ground and concourse levels includes the main dining room with seating for 95 patrons, two full kitchens (one for private dining), and a bar-lounge area.
