GMS provided structural engineering services for the creation of this new 8,000 sf restaurant within 510 Madison Avenue (building tower design by GMS). The space at the ground and mezzanine levels includes seating for 150 patrons, a tortilleria, an open kitchen and a private dining area. Structural design included the expansion of the mezzanine level to create the featured curved seating area hung from the second floor, slab openings for staircases and a new mezzanine in the cellar for the mechanical equipment.
