Ruilong Han, Ph.D, PE

Ruilong Han has worked with Gilsanz Murray Steficek since July 2015. Ruilong holds a PhD in Civil Engineering from Michigan Technological University, as well as Masters and Bachelor of Science degrees in Civil Engineering from the Tongji University in Shanghai, China.

Ruilong has worked on a variety of projects including institutional, office, and multi-purpose buildings. His recent projects include work for Citibank North America region Initial Risk Assessments, for the New York City Housing Authority at Baruch Houses, Lavanburg Homes, and Carey Gardens, repairing damage from Hurricane Sandy and providing resiliency upgrades to mitigate against future natural disasters. He also engineers and inspects renovations and upgrades for NYC public schools for the School Construction Authority.

Ruilong is a registered Professional Engineer in California.  He currently holds memberships with the American Concrete Institute (ACI), American Institute of Steel Constructors (AISC), and International Code Council (ICC).
