David Hoy is registered professional engineer in New Jersey and New York. He has worked on new designs and construction as well as renovations and restorations. David performed a 3 month long feasibility study of the Metropolitan Opera House. He has led teams which designed a new 22-story concrete residential tower, a 4-story spiral staircase for Barney’s NY, and numerous renovations and changes to historic structures, including 190 Bowery, 730 Fifth Avenue, 11 Howard Street, and Tavern on the Green. David also works to retrofit structures for the New York City school Construction Authority, NYC Department of Design and Construction, and many private clients.
