GMS served as the structural engineer during the four-year renovation to transform 575 Fifth Avenue. Renovations included a light-filled lower façade, expansive Fifth Avenue retail, spacious lobby and atrium, and L’Oreal branding in the lobby and entrance.

GMS was also retained to overclad the lower three floors with a new metal and glass curtain wall that included structurally glazed, monolithic glass.
