Carl Zanier is an Associate Partner at Gilsanz Murray Steficek, LLP. Mr. Zanier has worked on new construction projects and renovations. These include the $110 million state-of-the-art New World Symphony in Miami Beach, the renovation of a Masonic building into classrooms, laboratories and auditorium, numerous bank branch facilities as well as the fabrication and visualization study for a conceptual art sculpture by artist Frank Stella. Mr. Zanier is a former Structural Engineer for the Army Corps of Engineers where he worked on the design of an 11 foot high, 2000 foot long earthen levee and an integrated concrete tide gate structure.
