This luxury, loft-style condominium is unique among the Highline buildings as its placement along a sharp bend offers views of the elevated promenade from two sides. The building includes 12 units ranging from 2,100 to 4,400 square feet – three of which will be penthouse apartments with substantial outdoor space. The ground floor has space for retailers and galleries. GMS served as the structural engineer for the renovation of the existing 30,000 square foot warehouse building and the new addition of 14,000 square feet on top of the building. The 6 story building was increased to be an 11 story building with upgraded structural and foundation systems.
