Brendan W. O’Malley is an Associate Partner at Gilsanz Murray Steficek, and is a registered professional engineer in the State of New Jersey with over 25 years of experience in new construction and renovation projects of all building types including commercial, health facilities, residential, educational and institutional. Some of Brendan’s projects include full structural design and construction administration services for a new 9-story 100,000 sf building for Maimonides Medical Center, Brooklyn, NY, renovation of a 6-story 260,000 sf concrete building for Volkswagen Audi Manhattan Showroom, New York, NY, and several projects consisting of rehabilitation, design and general renovations of a railroad yard including a new four-track, 65 foot long rail bridge, new 26,000 sf, multi-purpose building, ticket offices and a clock tower for Hoboken Ferry Terminal located in Hoboken, NJ.
Brendan holds an MS in Civil Engineering from Cornell University in Ithaca, NY and a BS in Civil Engineering from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA.
