Warner Brothers Discovery Global Headquarters – Fit-Out and Studio Renovations

Warner Brothers Discovery has taken over most of the 375,000-rsf building for new corporate offices and production studios at 230 Park Avenue South. This LEED-certified project included a lobby renovation; a new penthouse and landscaped roof terraces; a new 1,750-sf studio addition; the renovation of the existing building for new test kitchens, studio kitchens, corporate offices, and support spaces; and several building infrastructure upgrades including new stairs, elevators, and mechanical equipment. The existing building is composed of cast iron columns with steel beams and terra cotta floor construction.
