Restoration Hardware

9-19 Ninth Avenue, New York, NY

The existing two-story structure in New York City’s historic Meatpacking District retained its landmarked façade and was transformed into a five-story modern structure with a central atrium and glass elevator. The landmarked walls were shored, new floors designed, and the cellar was excavated to create 90,000 sf of space for retail, showroom, design office and a rooftop restaurant with retractable walls.
