GMS provided structural engineering, waterproofing and facade consulting and special inspections for this new, 319,000 sf, twenty-one story residential building. The building is cast-in-place concrete flat plate construction on a combination of spread footings and mat foundations. The building features 28,000 sf of amenity space including a rooftop pool.
