Ophthalmology Permanent Space Build Out at MEETH

This project created a 9,000 sf Ophthalmology Permanent Space within the East Building at MEETH, which was constructed in 1980. The structural engineering work involved the design of new shaft openings on the 7th and 8th floors, supports for new MEP equipment on the 8th floor and new dunnage for new and future chillers on the roof. GMS also performed the Special Inspections.
