Pierhouse at Brooklyn Bridge Park

GMS provided building envelope consulting for this 620,000 sf mixed-use hotel and condominium complex located on Pier 1 in Brooklyn Bridge Park. The complex consists of two buildings with one ten (10) stories and the other six (6) stories tall. We also provided structural engineering services for design and detailing of the limestone fin wall supports.
