This new condominium project near the Highline has 39 residences, automated underground parking and a wide range of amenities including a 2,500 sf planted sculpture terrace. The GMS Building Envelope team assisted the Architects with the façade and waterproofing. The façade includes large sliding glass panels, handcrafted bronze painted metal façade and Hadid’s signature curves. The chevron pattern of the façade envelope split levels of the building. Curved glass is used at the building corners and terrace guard rails. The 11-story L-shaped building was completed in Spring 2018.
