This 300,000, four-story, 300 bed community hospital was built in 1988 on 4.5 acres at the northern end of Manhattan along the bank of the Harlem River. In 2013, GMS reviewed and remediated some existing cracks that were found in a 1st floor lab. In 2019, we assessed the windows and exterior. In 2021, we preformed studies to replace Fluoroscopy and CT equipment.
