GMS provided structural engineering services for the fit-out of Salesforce offices on the 17th, 18th to 20th, 23rd and 41st floor and creation of a dedicated entry lobby for Salesforce employees. We reviewed the existing floor framing to support loads imposed by the MDF room weights and designed support for 120” or 96” screen/HD monitors within partition on the 17th floor. We designed stair openings to connect the 18th to 20th floors, supports for a Nanawall, an LCD Wall, LCD screens and reviewed capacity of floor framing for public assembly spaces, mechanical rooms, and AV/IDF rooms on the 23rd and 41st floors.
