Renovation of approximately 23,000 square feet and expansion of approximately 13,000 square feet. The project restores the original reading room of the 1927 structure and adds a new children’s wing, a dedicated teen area, enlarged community meeting areas and a coffee bar with outdoor terrace. The construction cost was approximately $10,000,000 and the project achieved LEED Gold certification.
