Leopard Enclosure at the Staten Island Zoo includes a mesh roof supported by five shotcrete-covered steel “tree” columns and tied down to seven perimeter columns. The mesh is tied down at the perimeter to the ground and to a low wall.

CAN on the Moon, our 2012 Canstruction NY entry, has been rebuilt for the lobby at 245 Park Avenue in New York for Arts Brooksfield.
A new two-story single-family residence constructed with architecturally exposed concrete shear walls and slabs, steel framing and steel and glass window walls.
GMS provided structural engineering services and special inspections for the architectural fit-out of approximately 185,000 rentable square feet over eight floors at 622 Third Avenue.
