Daniel Gleave is an Associate at Gilsanz Murray Steficek in New York. He is a registered Professional Engineer in California and is certified as a Special Inspector. He has worked on a variety of projects including Tangram, a new 1.4 million sf mixed use development in Queens, the new 40-story US Flagship Virgin Hotel in NoMad, and 74 Trinity Place, a new 400 ft tall office tower with a community center at the lower levels.
He has also worked on a number of projects in existing buildings, including a full redevelopment of a 65-year old 16 story building in Times Square and seismic retrofits for several structures in California.
Daniel received his BA of Science in Civil Engineering from Brown University, and his Masters in Civil Engineering from MIT.
