John Hinchcliffe is an Associate Partner with Gilsanz Murray Steficek. His current projects include providing risk assessments for the real estate portfolio of a major financial institution and designing two long-span sports venues. John’s completed work includes the redevelopment of landmarked 75 Rockefeller Plaza, which included repositioning four existing columns within the lobby; the development of QLIC, a 319,000 sf residential property, the renovation at 677 Fifth Avenue to create the Microsoft Flagship store, and the redevelopment of 1095 Avenue of the Americas, the 630 foot tower with a reconstructed annex, enlarged plaza, and relocated subway entryway.

John received a Bachelor and Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Johns Hopkins University and he is a registered professional Civil Engineer in California and New York. He is a member of the ASCE 41-22 Seismic Evaluation and Retrofit of Existing Buildings Committee.
