Valeria Prieto, PE

Valeria joined GMS in 2018 after obtaining B.S. and M.S. in Civil Engineering at the University of Buffalo. She has worked on various renovation and redevelopment projects in New York City. Her most recent experience is the office to residential conversions at 25 Water Street in Lower Manhattan and the Flatiron Building. She also worked on the interior renovation of 550 Washington Street, and the redevelopment of several commercial and office buildings in Midtown Manhattan. Ms. Prieto is a Professional Engineer licensed in New York.
