TD Ameritrade

GMS provided structural engineering services for TD Ameritrade’s corporate fit-out of approximately 208,000 sf spanning across four floors, 8^th to 11^th, located in Jersey City.   The space accommodates approximately 1,000 individuals consisting of traders, and a mixed use of work stations, private offices and benching.  In addition, support spaces were designed for collaborative areas, a café, conference center of mixed sized conference rooms, training rooms, satellite pantry, copier stations, storage spaces, main communication room, executive and private offices.  An interconnecting feature staircase was installed between the 8^th to 11^th floors.
