Structural engineering services for two assemblies of individual modern townhouses four or five stories high: 14 with approximately 3,000 square feet each, and 9 with approximately 4,300 square feet. No one is exactly the same as another, but each is placed purposely to form a rhythmic grouping along the length of the street. Some of the brick facades are not parallel to the street, but cant toward the house or the sidewalk. The townhouses were stick-built with light-gauge steel floor framing and CMU bearing walls. Façade of the eastern-most house is copper and brick.
