Adaptive re-use of existing retail space into a new Orthopedic Practice. GMS provided structural engineering services for support of new rooftop units and reviewed openings in the roof for a new exhaust fan, toilet exhaust, and new refrigerant piping. GMS also designed support for new overhead X-ray equipment.
