GMS provided structural engineering services to construct 12 new floors plus a cellar, and to preserve the walls of a former parking garage to create a state-of-the-art medical office building for the Mt. Sinai Health system. GMS also provided demolition and support of excavation drawings. The new building occupies approximately 76,000 sf.
