This project consisted of interior tenant fit-out work at a newly constructed office/warehouse building. GMS provided structural engineering for the support of HVAC rooftop units, structural design for a new feature stair that runs from the ground floor up to the mezzanine level, and the support and design for a folding partition that is suspended from the roof framing.
