New York, NY

This 27,000 sf townhouse was rebuilt with all new building systems to provide a center for critical scholarship. New elevators, a new exterior stair, limestone façade and cornice restoration, extension of the grand oval stair, and the insertion of a four-level, exposed steel library within an enclosed atrium were all incorporated into the existing building.
