GMS provided structural engineering services for the new six-story, 45,000 sf building at Allison Hall. This dormitory houses 200 students in 50 suites. The building features open glazed storefronts and façade elements which are designed to activate the street life along Main Street. Close teamwork between the design team, owner, and construction manager contributed to meeting the college’s ambitious 10-month construction schedule.
