GMS provided structural engineering services for the conversion of two existing theaters and several public spaces and offices into state-of-the-art rehearsal and recording spaces.
Special care was taken by the design team to ensure that each rehearsal and recording space is isolated from outside noise.
The project is anticipating a LEED-CI Platinum rating.
GMS engineered the original 37 Arts building.
