GMS provided structural engineering services for approximately 40,000 square feet of newly designed space consisting of an office on the fifth floor and a museum spanning the first and second floor. The project included a new specialty stair and mezzanine, new elevator, exterior canopy, support for hanging sculptures, a multi-story vitrine (at the center of stairs) and pivoting walls for the display of art.
The museum opened in 2018 and houses one of the largest collections of dog art in the world.
