GMS served as the Structural Engineer, Special Inspector and Façade Consultant for this out-of-the-ground 350,000 sf, 30-story boutique office building. The steel structure is unobtrusive – creating column free spaces. The belt trusses, which limit building movement due to wind, are prominently displayed. Inspection services included structural steel erection, bolting and welding, cast-in-place concrete and curtainwall.
