GMS provided structural engineering services for SKIMS new 3-story, 6,570 sf flagship store in this NYC landmark building on Fifth Avenue. Our scope of work included structural assistance for the demolition of the existing mezzanine, new ornamental stair framing, structural details for ceiling/soffits, non-bearing interior partitions, and framing to the existing deck.
