GMS provided structural engineering services for the evaluation and repair of approximately 44,000 sf of parking deck on 3 levels. An uncovered exterior parking deck at grade level was also included in the scope. Comprehensive survey drawings of both topside and underside of slabs were prepared indicating the defects and the appropriate repairs. This made it more convenient for the contractor to quantify the scope during the bidding process. GMS also performed site observations and Special inspections during construction.
