Lever House – 390 Park Avenue

GMS provided structural engineering services for the restoration of Lever House, a landmarked commercial tower in Midtown East. The project included the refurbishment of the plaza, terraces, subterranean parking, new amenity spaces, high roof, renovations to the main lobby, new stairs and modernization of vertical transportation, mechanical systems and new restaurant space. This $100,000,000 project re-opened in 2023.
