General renovation of a railroad yard including a new four-track, 65 foot long rail bridge, new 26,000 sq.ft. multi-purpose building with sections for train inspections, locomotive fueling and sanding, train washer and employee facility. Site improvements include structural supports for the catenary, structural supports for the yard lighting and site retaining wall.
