This installation suspended the artist’s repertoire from a circular truss, which in turn was suspended from the 12 ribs which form the oculus of the museum rotunda. GMS provided structural engineering services for the exhibition, working closely with the museum’s mount, fabrication, and conservation departments in order to support each work of art. The exhibit was a novel approach to the viewing of art and will be sure to have an impact on the way that museums display art in the future.
