Remediation of an existing bleach factory and conversion to a state-of-the-art color newspaper printing plant. The 450,000sf building includes plant offices, press room, paper storage, sorting, collating and truck loading areas as well as additional exterior structures for maintenance and truck fuel. Subsequent retrofits include roof assessments for new satellite antennae, reconfigured overhead conveyors for weekend inserts and design/analysis to incorporate new presses.
