GMS provided Quality Control inspections for the architecturally exposed concrete portions of the building as well as QA/QC form-work inspections. This 60-story skyscraper will house 145 residences, each with its own unique floor plan and private outdoor space, blending indoors and outdoors seamlessly together with articulated surfaces, dramatic cantilevers, profiled slab edges, and profusion of balconies. Amenities include a 75’ lap pool with a sundeck, gym, screening room, lounge, private dining room and playroom.
