GMS was retained by the Owner to provide consulting services for the remediation / restoration of the exterior façade as well as the fire escape replacement for this 6-story, early 20th century, landmarked building located at 486 Broadway. Services included investigation of the façade construction, the preparation of construction documents, detailing and specifying the remediation work, and construction administration.
