GMS was retained by the Owner for preparation of exterior façade repair documents and inspection services to comply with Cycle 9C of Critical Façade Examinations as defined by New York City’s Façade Inspection Safety Program. GMS is also providing construction administration services as well as ongoing project review. The building is located within a landmarked district, so review and approval from the Landmarks Preservation Commission was required.
