GMS provided consulting services for the facades and roofing of this 347-foot, 170,000 SF mixed-use building in the Chelsea in Manhattan. The lower six stories provide classrooms and a half-court gym for a lon-standing, private high-school. Luxury residences occupy floors eight to twenty-five. Construction began in 2012 and completed in 2016. The complicated geometry of the tower façade was executed using a sophisticated unitized curtain wall fabricated in Europe. The podium streetwall is granite with punched windows. The building is certified LEED Silver.
