Since the original construction, GMS has performed periodic inspection and undertaken various repairs to this aluminum and glass curtain wall tower on New York’s Times Square. We have also performed interior renovations on all floors of the 40 story office building to accommodate tenant fit-out requirements including new retail at the lower levels. The structural work includes data centers, food service areas, tenant fitness centers, supports for new mechanical services, new architectural stairs for tenants and various retail escalators and elevators.
