Historic restoration and renovation of a 1930 Art Deco office building. Restoration program included the brick masonry and terra cotta exterior facades. Renovation program included conversion of 35 floors from former office use to luxury residential rental units, with a health club, community rooms, a bowling alley and retail spaces on the lower levels.
