GMS provided structural engineering consulting services for the renovation of an existing three story building in New York City’s Meatpacking District. Lexus, the luxury car manufacturer, has transformed the facility into an entertainment and event space for potential customers. The design includes access and display space for car prototypes and models, as well as other art and luxury craft items. The space includes a restaurant, café and lounge.
