Part-Time Administrative Position (25+ Hrs)

Marketing Coordinator

GMS seeks a Marketing Coordinator to assist with proposal preparation, collateral creation, client relationship management, and database management under the direction of the Marketing Director. Duties include: production of technical proposals; maintaining and updating database system and reports; assembling, composing and responding to RFQ’s, RFP’s, and RFI’s; developing and updating marketing collateral (resumes, project sheets, etc.); maintaining Agency registrations, develop, update and file all government forms related to business development including SF 330; assisting with reception coverage on a daily basis. Bachelor’s Degree in English, Design or Marketing preferred; school transcript required. 1-3 years of related experience; proficiency in Microsoft Office. Understanding of architectural engineering and construction industry is a plus.

Senior Technical Architect

GMS is seeking a Senior Technical Architect / Engineer to work in our Building Envelope department. Projects include new and existing structures, curtainwall, window wall, fenestration, and roofing / waterproofing design. Candidate must have at least 5 years Building Envelope and Curtainwall design experience including detailing all types of exterior building envelope components with an emphasis on production drawings and Energy Code Compliance. Field experience and interaction with field personnel is a plus. Professional RA/PE license is a plus. Must demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products. Knowledge of AutoCAD and 3D modeling and analysis is a plus

Architect / Engineer

GMS is seeking technical architects/engineers with 2+ years of experience, we have openings in curtain wall design, façade renovation and inspection, historic preservation, LL11 inspections and roofing/waterproofing.
