11 Madison Avenue

GMS served as the structural engineer for this Swiss Bank’s offices – an interior renovation and re-stack within a 29-story existing, steel-framed, office building at 11 Madison Avenue. The project included new escalators, new slab openings for ductwork and piping, reinforcement for high density files, full service kitchen and dining areas, UPS and data centers, and roof dunnage.
